• Each print is custom printed for you, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • We do our best to ensure that everything arrives safely. Occasionally, things do happen in transit and we deal with this in good faith on a case by case basis. Please open and inspect your packages immediately upon delivery.

  • All pieces are sold unframed so they can be framed in a way that feels right for your home. Paula is always happy to consult on this and share suggestions.

    Framing is not included, but we can ship directly to Framebridge, help select mats and frames, and extend an artist discount. Orders coming from Framebridge arrive ready to hang.
