CUSTOM FINE ART COMMISSIONS
From photograph to finished artwork
Clients come to Paula to create an image that matters. A photograph with meaning, memory, or a strong sense of place. From there, she creates a custom piece of fine art designed to live beautifully in the home, most often as a fine art photographic print and, for select images, as a hand-printed cyanotype.
With a background in interior design, she approaches each commission with both the image and its final home in mind. Scale, tone, and placement all matter. The goal is artwork that feels personal, grounded, and lasting.
If you have an idea in mind or would like to talk through what a commission might look like, she would love to hear from you.
Remember this place.
These people.
Just as they are.
So, What’s Next?
A simple conversation to see if a commission feels like the right fit.
If you’re interested in commissioning a custom piece, the next step is an easy one. Reach out using the contact form or send an email with a little about what you have in mind.
Once we receive your inquiry, Paula will follow up with a short questionnaire and schedule a time to talk. This is a chance to learn more about you, the space the work will live in, and what you’re hoping to create together.
If guidance on scale, placement, or framing would be helpful, she is always happy to offer it. Thoughtful details make a difference, and she enjoys helping clients find what feels right for their home.
Paula believes art should feel at home in the spaces people live with every day. She approaches each commission with care, considering not only the image itself but also its final form, scale, and placement. The goal is artwork that feels personal, lasting, and deeply connected to the home it was made for.
